How it works: 

  1. Choose how many times you would like to train per week 

  2. Select a package according to your training schedule

  3. Choose the days which you would like to train

  4. Pay fee upfront

  5. Book days by messaging Darcy directly on: +1 246 847 4116

Package requirements: 


  • Packages require a minimum of 2 sessions per week

  • There is no maximum limit on sessions per week

  • Payment must be made upfront 

  • Cancellation policy applies

  • Packages must be completed and used within a 3 month time frame from date of purchase

  • Packages can be paused (ie. holiday) if they fall within the 3 month time frame

  • Sessions can be rescheduled if it falls outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy

  • Sessions can be transferred to virtual sessions 


Cancellation policy: 


  • Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel a session. This allows time for rescheduling and gives other clients the option to rebook

  • If notice is less than 24 hours, the session will be forfeited with no refund
